This board is doing just fine. Go look at the reviews. There are more new providers and more new members reviewing than ever before. More new providers in the ad sections and more providers traveling to upstate than ever. That's the measure of success for a board. Not how unhappy a bunch of malcontents are that we don't bend over backwards to get them to post. If you want to have a dialog with an SP fork up the money and talk to her all you want, that's what they are here for.

The reason I am here? To be part of the show. To enjoy the show. To laugh at the hypocrisy and over inflated egos of certain people who think they are doing a public service. To provide entertainment for the lurkers who are the source of the money that pays for the services offered here. How many times do you have to be told? Nobody is going to make a living off the money they will get from active posters. There just aren't enough of us.

And respect is earned it's not a right. You know who I respect? Lynn for one, because she sees through the bullshit and lets the drama roll off her back. And Anita Germane because she is doing what she has to do to put food on the table and clothes on her kids' backs. And doesn't let all the sniping from the prima donnas get her down.

I stand by my original post and make no apologies for it.

this may rub u the wrong way.....

it's a losing battle...I don't say what I would want to say because it will simply fall on deaf ears..not speaking for everyone but for me this site has always been filled with "lower class" clients..the kind that haggle, push for services that aren't on anyone's menu, spend their time digging up personal info then making sure to let me know what they know about "my real life" and just behave in a way the seems to say "hey you owe me"....all that being said, since the closing of e.com this is where I have landed and slowly but surely the "desired" clients are finding me.....but there are still the ass hats that are on here ...screwing around on bp, getting more out of writing negative reviews than from actually being with a real woman. The more I read on this bored the bigger my DNS list gets....and on a side note what is with posting pics in reviews ...Im talking about pics of girls that dont have show cases here...for example a member just posted in a review "private pics, but I'll share here".....nice REALLY nice...then when someone suggests a verified provider experience he says "no verification so i doubt I could see them"..hmmm that's prolly not the only reason ! I cant tell you how many men from this site do the whole "is there anyway I could get a couple more pics of you"...FUCK NO asshole....
I could go on and on but it comes down to the caliber of people that participate here...please know that i am in no way shape or form referring to any providers....you ALL have my utmost respect..nor am I talking about ALL of the men lord knows I am in love with a bunch of you

but it's the men that post the comments after reviews about a girls rates or "how were her tits" ..have some freaking class people. IMHO its the way the site is set up (no provider comments in reviews) while comments from other users are allowed .....all of it "cheapens" the review experience....

Brooke/Vivian: There are lots of reasons that guys end up here on this board. Some include male comraderie, the need for variety and the love of women in general. Sadly, also included on that list is a lack of common courtesy, lack of appreciation and respect for women and a lack of discretion.

It's understandable but regrettable to hear Vivian's comments. She is not the first provider to say such things. The behavior of some here lumps the rest of us on this board into the "asshole" category. I have always conducted myself as a gentlemen, yet it now seems apparent that mentioning this board is an unfortunate strike against me when contacting new providers. What can we do to change this?

no no no dont get me wrong I don't rule anyone out just because their opening line is "I saw you on Eccie"...that would be counter productive for someone who posts ads here...
to the "gentlemen" who conduct themselves as such...there is nothing you can do, you're already doing it.

Well, this thread is running itself out without seeming to accomplish anything positive.

I'd just add that this board is much worse off for the absence of people like Erica Hall, Brooke Buttons, and others.

It seems that many of the ladies who post here do so almost reluctantly. Obviously, they are here to earn an income, support their families, and pay for educations. The inherent dangers and risks of this hobby already can be quite a stressful way to earn a living. They don't need the bullshit that comes from here. The least we can do is treat them with the courtesy and respect that we offer others in our day jobs. So many providers who don't require new clients have already left. This board is no longer a supportive environment for them and actually risks their safety, so why be here? If another local board comes around, more will leave.

There are other local boards(have local area). This is the most active one. One is very disrespectful to women. And it is not this one.

Why bother trying to read and comment on threads that are always way off course? For a long while this has been a major issue.

This thread alone started off asking why there is a lack of posts/threads and participation and now it’s about Jonballs and Sarah Palin? Last I knew NEITHER were the center of the Universe. I don't bother clicking on any thread because I know anything more than a page has LOST sight of the OP's topic discussion and not worth reading.

I can only imagine how a new hobbyist or SP must feel. Trying to get the tools they need to make sure they understand this part of life and can't because all threads here seem to get way off course. And if anyone steps in they are thrown under the bus.

Seeing people bicker over opinions is one thing, but there are many on here that will comment back to another with the opposite no matter what. If person a says the sky is blue....person wxyz always has a neg remark, quotes person a and says "no it’s green". That kind of bullshit is what making people participate less and less on this board.

thanks brook... and your right... keep the topic on track as its not about one individual but the board as a whole... most posters have realized this, with a few exceptions... you want to make personal attacks on each other, do it via pm to each other... otherwise we will just assume your just craving attention...
