I admit, my experience in this area is with strippers, not escorts. But for dancers, fake boobs generally increase a lady's income greatly.
I'm sure that for some types of providers a boob job would have a similar effect. I'm talking the Backpage girls who aren't known for great service and rely on photos rather than reviews to get customers. I definitely believe that the majority of clients out there are not the well-informed readers of ECCIE and other sites but rather the clueless guys who just look for the hottest chick on Eros or Cityvibe or Backpage. Providers who go after that kind of client probably would find a boob job to be a big booster.

For us, sure. For your clients, it is certainly why they come back!
But I don't know that is the case for most guys.
