It was already here when you posted this.
Trump and MAGA invented a new concept a bit ago: poor winning.
We could not make them look worse than they do to themselves.

Fetterman always voted for the CR.
I do like his photo - “Take the damn picture”
Every one else looks like “I can’t believe I’m a senator! What do I do now? How’s my state polling? They don’t like going 6 weeks without a paycheck? Ok let’s vote yes.”

Well, we'll see what happens at the end of January.
Would ultimately love to see a new healthcare bill presented.

Are you that desperate to try to show me up these days that you refer to me out of context and off topic?
Amazing.
Ummm...yeah, I did use the USDA for my point back in the thread about motherfucking SNAP. In reference to SNAP, and a lie that you posted about who gets the benefit. I used the USDA. You know, the government agency that ADMINISTERS SNAP?
(oh wait! Since this isn't the first time you mentioned that...is it possible that you didn't even fucking KNOW that they did?! That would explain a lot.... and would be classic!)
Then again, Trump et al run that group. And it is the same ridiculous shit-head shills that host your "new government website."
It is not even worth responding to that site beyond saying this: you truly have no scruples when it comes to vetting any information that you post here.
That's okay. I'll be along every so often to... comment.

Maybe if you actually looked, those numbers were from Medicaid/Medicare themselves. But all you have is insults and personal attacks.

Biggest problem is the press lies about the issue.

Senate passes a funding bill to end the shutdown and fund the government until end of January.
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cj41pgpk0wgo
Now it's up to the House to reconcile their bill with the Senate's before it can go to President Trump for his signature.
The Democrats in the House better not be assholes.

They will be, because ASSHOLE is the language of the US Congress.
And if they are, will you withhold your vote from the next year? What are you gonna do about it?
Or have you forgotten the Senate Republicans promise to address health care when the government was reopened?

This is all that you and the "other suspects" do here: post shit, then tell anyone who challenges it to go find it themselves.
I am not saying that those numbers you posted are false. I am accusing you of misrepresenting them. You just post this $3 a week/$12 a month stuff with ZERO context.
Soooo....let's look in a bit more depth, is all I'm asking. I think it won't look quite the same when we do.
Will some see $3/$12? Maybe. But how many millions will see more? MUCH more?
SHOW THIS TO US.

Yuk it up,boys. Trumpism lost this one.
I suppose now it’s business as usual? Like it never happened, right?
LOLLING!
Nah, LOSING!

That sounds a bit like Rachel Maddow last night. She blamed the flight delays entirely on the Republicans. Then she blasted the 8 Democratic Senators who crossed the aisle to end the shutdown. She wanted the shutdown to continue. Many Democratic party leaders did, because they put the interests of their party above what they believe are the best interests of the nation.
Republicans didn't vote to extend ACA benefits to higher income people until December 31, 2025, Democrats did.
Yeah, Trump should have kept paying SNAP benefits. And the Democrats during the two years they had absolute power, and the four years they held the presidency, should have done something to keep insurance costs from exploding. They should have been on that long before they scheduled their bill to expire. And a pox on the Republicans as well. Like I said, they're too busy trying to pass Trans legislation to do something useful, like getting health care costs under control.

Rachel Maddow is right to blame Republicans for this mess. Trump and his acolytes are so enamored of “winning” that they have no concern for who they hurt.
All it would take to end the shutdown was to extend the ACA subsidies. They wouldn’t do it regardless of the fact that it would help their own constituents.
Instead they brought the pain to federal employees, snap recipients, democratic cities and states across the country.
It’s been said elsewhere and I’ll say it here. For Republicans cruelty is not the means to the end but the actual goal of their agenda.

Yet it was the DEMS who set the expiration date on those subsidies. If it was so important, why didn't they extend them prior to the election? The DEMS hurt their constituents by refusing to even vote on any resolutions. Sad attempts to gaslight Republicans aren't working. This is all at the feet of the Dems.

Speaking of gaslighting...WHERE is the source of the $3/$12 bullshit?
