Hard to say. It wouldn't be the first time that some monger got slighted and posted some defamatory stuff like this. It also would not surprise me that a provider with a STD would still see clients. I did see the one in the second picture a week or two ago and she did offer bare for $50. I don't usually do that with a provider for this reason. Not like they will tell you they are positive. I know they were in another town for a few days returning today is what I was told.

Whoever posted it and said LEO was notified, there are laws protecting the providers status. What are the odds 2 girls infected 1 guy? Good chance he was ignored , ghosted or didn't get his way. Becareful.

I thought it was odd too that he could pinpoint not only the two providers who allegedly gave it to him but also thought “how does he know it’s not one over the other? Or someone else entirely?” The whole post seems fishy but it definitely gave me pause.

I think the dr's odds up there of having sex with a hiv women is less then 1 percent is way off ....lol not just one percent he is saying less then half of percent lol...so roughly what he is saying you can bang 225 hiv positive women raw and only one of them will give you hiv lol...

My guess it is fake. It truly trying to notify people, he would have put in info like phone number, what names they using, where saw them etc. Probably just a guy or another provider who is pissed at them. Btw says willing to pass, there are certainly many more conditions than the one people mention above with far greater risk of transmission. While I don't really believe the ad, wouldn't take the risk, especially given that well known member confirms the availability of service for upsell

Its against the law to have sex with HIV and not tell your partner you have it and its against the law to post it online that someone has it. Health laws prohibit that. I bet the person that posted it didn't leave a name # or contact info to LEO if it is even real.

Things vary by state in terms of what is illegal or not. And things vary as to whether they are criminal or civil violations. Obviously, biggest no no is continuing to have bare sex after knowing your status. Even then, don't exactly see Magic or Charlie Sheen in handcuffs, maybe they had to do $ payoffs. Only publicized thing I have seen was episode of Law n Order altho assume instances irl. If legit, guy who posted should have reported it to DOH instead of leo.

The information is available if you take a minute to research. Here's where those percentages come from. If you know better then by all means enlighten us. I'll wait for your research.

As far as the ad, I assume the guy is some kind of monger by the fact that he knows about this site. Or she/he could be a jealous competitor or pimp whose money they are cutting into. We'll probably never know.

I'm from an area that's ten times larger than the Albany metro area. I imagine the monger pool is that much larger as well. These posts came up all the time. Never amounted to more than a competitor smear. I'm not saying it's not legit but for sure it's suspect.

NY is all over the place as far as this is concerned. There is definitely cause for a civil suit. But we both know that's not going to happen. Defamation, invasion of privacy, Public disclosure of private facts, Intentional infliction of emotional distress, cyber bullying and harassment??? Good luck getting a DA to take that case. Now maybe if you were some wall street baller they would.
