Hesitant about Hosting/outcall, looking for experience

In all the time that I've been in the hobby I've never had a provider that I'm meeting for the first time come to my place. I've been contemplating checking out Taylor Ross but she only does outcalls atm. I know I could get a hotel room for the visit but I had a bad experience of booking a room and then a no-show(also kind of a cheapo). Not really worried about the provider(I have protection on hand) just worried about a pimp kicking in the door, or more likely someone trying to break in after.
Just looking for tips or do's/don'ts with outcalls.

It's never a good idea to have a provider who could possibly be pimped-out by a gangbanger from the hood ... know where you live!

Only time I use outcall is when I'm traveling and staying in a hotel.

What could possibly go wrong? Plenty. For example, over the years I've heard lots of stories of providers knocking on doors at 3am when their rent is due. You ready for that scenario?

Also, I would have had this discussion in the Men's Lounge, not here in public......

I wouldn't invite anyone to my house that I wouldn't spend time with in public. Similarly, most providers don't share their birth names, a little discretion goes a long way.

Yeah that's another good reason. I didn't post the the lounge because I wasn't nor was I expecting anyone to share any sensitive data. Honestly was just curious if anyone used there home for outcalls. Not terribly surprised the answer is no.
