My guess is this chick is 100x more accomplished than any of the rubes on a hooker board pretending she’s not.

Nah. She's exactly as unqualified we think she is.

Her “qualifications” aren’t in question, only the manner in which she was seated, not that that invalidates the assumption that she’s far more accomplished than a bunch of horndogs wasting time on a hooker forum.

She's not at all qualified for her position. Like every other member of the trump administration. Not a single qualified person working in trump's sham government right now.

All by design, too. If your goal is to destroy the very thing you're in charge of, trump is writing the textbook on how to do it.

Actually, she only has experience in civil law cases and lacks any meaningful criminal law experience as a prosecutor or even in criminal defense.

If she was a Dem you would call her a woke, DEI hire. I just call her a woefully unqualified crony. Not even under qualified. But hey, central casting... right?

The immensely qualified deputy she brought on, who the courts selected for the role and the Trump summarily fired as part of this pisspoor power grab would have been an excellent choice and actually knows the ins and outs of the job with the connections and mettle to do it properly.

How does that disqualify her? Here’s a hint, it doesn’t, your qualms with her resume notwithstanding.

Unqualified. Didn't say disqualified, counselor.

That’s an opinion, and totally irrelevant. You can say the same thing about half the political appointments ever made. What made Pete Bootyjuice qualified to be Secretary of Transportation with zero relevant experience? The guy (sic) probably can’t even drive a stick (other than up his ass) yet he’s installed to oversee the lifeblood of the economy. Did anyone sick a rabid judge to try’n dislodge him? Nope, because that’s how political appointments work.

I think that she is disqualified because she wasn’t approved through a congressionally mandated process.

Trump and his administration are trying to make an end run around the congressional approval process.

He may not like it but he needs to work with congress and the Democratic senate to get people approved to these positions. That’s the way the constitution works and the judge ruled so.

Whattaoustism, J. That's also a major officer role and a Cabinet-level position that doesn't run the day-to-day. This is a minor officer role that does need to show up in court and oversee the day-to-day... and the courts can appoint people to the role as well.

Keep the apples with the apples and the oranges with the oranges.

Unqualified isn't an opinion. It's a fact. She doesn't have any of the experience as a prosecutor to lead prosecutions. If she had a little it would shift to underqualified and her other court experience might become relevant to things out.

She's not qualified and she's now been disqualified. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. There's no reason to try to force through unqualified hacks when you could just install someone qualified without much controversy. Instead, Team Trump fired someone who was qualified (and was Habba's hand-selected deputy and knew what she was doing) and validly appointed out of spite and as an attempt at a power flex.

Exactly this, at least in the judge’s view. HD’s hooey is meaningless, simply one guy’s opinion.

Someone being unqualified for a job isn't an opinion (just to restate the painfully obvious).

Sure it is. My guess is that the position requires a law degree and not much else. Did you lead a protest against Bootyjuicy and a million other people given ambassadorships etc over the years, or are you a hypocrite?

More whataboutism. I understand that's all you have, but it sure does get tiring.

And no, being unqualified for a job is not an opinion.
