The kid (I think he is 18 years old) who has the BBQ truck there has received some good press recently. He may develop into the next big thing in arlington bbq.
225 was the previous bbq star of GFP. They moved up to a vacated bar with a kitchen in downtown Arlington last year.
There is a new coffee shop next to the Shipley’s on W Park Row who also got his start in that food park. Nice to see some of these folks get their start in that location and get enough of a following to move up to an indoor facility.
Gayle, is there a food park in Denton that is particularly popular, or do they just pop up around the university?
