In my case, my biggest grip I have with her is that meeting her can be a nightmare. I wouldn't be surprised if she's the type of provider where if you repeat, you’re doing to have a much better experience each time. But personally, I’m just not that young to be so patient with that type of lass anymore. She’s quite sweet and overall profession (very professional and to the point.)
