Have you ever been busted ?
This is in response to another thread on this forum .
I thought it would be very interesting to know if any of you ( hobbyist's or providers either one ) have ever been busted by LE ?
Would you be willing to share with the rest of us exactly how it happened , and also The circumstances and what happened after ?
What kind of " fallout " did you have to deal with after ?
I don't create this thread lightly, and I am not trying to criticize anyone ( It could happen to any of us ).
Maybe, hopefully, we can all learn from our collective mistakes.

My ECCIE Reviews

#1 rule. Making sure that you are thinking with the right head and doing a ton of research on the ladies that you decide to spend your time with you shouldn’t have any issues. Make sure she is established and has a good reputation. Most of the time the more mature, independent providers come with less drama, but not always the case. That does not mean you should NOT do your own research.
on them, of course. If you are just paying for a companion time and not wanting a list of activities from them private via text or email you should be fine. Some of this information is available to you in their profiles and most definitely their reviews.. So really what it comes down to is to make sure that you don’t think impulsively and do your research before you decide to meet up with someone you may be interested in meeting just so you could avoid anything like this happening.
Just my opinion of course.
Xoxo,
Jessica

Thanks for the reply Jessica. Yes that is all good information for us to live by, but the thread is really about when a bust has happened, what are the stories and lessons we can learn from those situations.

Nope. To my knowledge, I've never communicated with the authorities by electronic means either.
Also, if it matters, there seems to be a prevailing theory that if you are the client, and request outcall, that you greatly reduce the risk of this kind of problem. Partly because sending a female officer into a home alone, where they have no knowledge of the interior, or the man's intentions, poses a significant safety risk. While I'm sure this doesn't guarantee 100% that you will avoid problems, it's not common for them to use extensive resources on a single person, just for what is normally a small charge in court.

Well at least this thread didn’t immediately fill up with dozens of horror stories about guys getting busted. Might be rarer than people think.

Possibly finnmcool . Maybe it is such a traumatic memory for most people they just want to forget it. I thought it would be an interesting thread .

Yea, I'm not to sure most hobbiers on either side want to post about getting busted. MIGHT lead the opposite sex to think twice about seeing them, concerned that they may have been compromised. Just sayin....

Almost 2 times back in the back page days...similar situations walked into the room. Was making small talk with the so called provider for 5 mins then some man walks out of the bathroom and says freeze. Some white guy started asking questions what I was doing there etc...I knew it was a cop right away. I stirred away from questions then I just starting walking out. He then said I will arrest if you leave. I was well aware of the no talk about sex for money. So i knew he had nothing on me. I hadn't even laid the money any where.

Your chances are fairly low. However, there is a chance. The more likely scenario to get busted is you just finished with a provider. You pull out of a hotel that is a known hotel for prostitution. You get pulled over from PD and say sometimes.
To run a sting requires a lot of resources. It requires a supervisor to sign off allocating expenses for hotel room, salary expenses for officers (four to five officers), a driver and a wagon to haul jons downtown. Robert Kraft was busted, but PD received a warrant to install a camera to identify clients/provider and round them up.
PD is likely to only do stings 2-3 time a year and will conduct those stings at peak time usually around an event (Superbowl rodeo, ect) to snare as many people as possible.
But, there is always a chance.

I don't see how that would stick in court, unless you start talking. However, I hear there are statutes for things like "loitering in a place of known nuisance", or similar laws.
If you get pulled over, the officer will likely demand your ID, which you must provide. However, if they start asking you any questions at all, simply do not say anything, just remain silent. It may seem rude, but if you have identified yourself, then you have complied. If they ask permission to search the car, say no. Remember the golden rule "Am I under arrest? Am I being detained? Am I free to go?" Say nothing else. They might try to find some traffic citation to pin on you, such as failure to signal when turning, or coming to a complete stop at a stop sign, but taking a civil fine is much better than a criminal charge.

Not only is that not a likely scenario, that is not even in the realm of possibilities.
