UPDATE: Ellie reached out to me and said that around our missed appointment is when she had to get a number. After talking about what happened, she sent me back my deposit. She made everything right when she didn't have to. This reminds me of the first time I met her, a real, sweet person and this was just a misunderstanding. I've reached out to the mods to see if they'll removed the post, but if they don't, I recommend Ellie completely.
