The local LEO.... the FBI... the CIA.... they don't have shit on the IRS. I will fuck with the law all day long-- but a wise woman doesn't fuck with the tax man.

Good call. A good lawyer can get most people out of most stupid fucking shit law violations, but the IRS will royally fuck you because it's all on paper (or spreadsheets or whatever) for LYING on a Federal Tax Form. Does matter what the amount is and, if they really want you, you can't just pay back taxes and a fine. They will absolutely bankrupt you and take EVERYTHING except your house, since we're in a homestead State. And they will take everything IN your house that's not a fixture.

Yeah. Im for decriminalization over legalization.
Legalization gives the jackasses a reason to tax the hell out of you and the freeloaders who have nothing to do with the transaction a reason to demand you fund there lifestyle.

Aren't banks supposed to ask the source of your funds? What if the IRS audits you?

That's kind of the point of the massive money laundering operations happening everywhere. People don't mind paying taxes on illicit funds but they can't simply just deposit the money into a bank so they have to set up money laundering fronts like car washes, smoke shops, etc..

Is it a male/female thing or is it the dollar amount thing where the banks don't care you deposit a bunch of untraceable cash as long as it's not over something like $200k a year. Cause there's a lot of drug dealers out there who would love to turn cash into usable money without having to launder it.

Yes, banks care about money laundering. There are substantial criminal and civil penalties if they don’t. They put a lot of money into training their staff not to look the other way.

Getting back on topic, which is the article about HT not accounting.

Nonprofit's like the one mentioned in the article have a CEO making 200K in salary but probably skim twice that amount, with car allowances and paid trips to Paris where HT is discussed.

Charities purporting to help the victims of HT get mega millions every year from Billionaires like Mackenzie Scott and Melinda Gates who have Billions of Dollars, with a staff working full time to give away all their money to compliant charities.

Is it a scam Charity? They do keep the spotlight on Sex Workers and push LE to make more arrest and attempt to stop women from getting into Prostitution.

Most groups focus on trying to stop exploitation of young women, nothing is more exploitative than sites like Chaturbate where 18yo's dominate the site. Will they ever touch the internet? I doubt it, to earn their mega million donations they need to show some action that is nothing more than virtue signaling.

LE does not want to clog up the Courts with Solicitation Cases but just maintain a presence running stings on sites like Mega Personals.

Mega Personals is where Lula Bella Boo at 18yo was first discovered and the guy did an Oh2 review. She was 18 and is probably now making more cash in DFW than any Provider. IDK, I had trouble making sense about seeing her, but at what point does having someone who makes appointments and arranges incall's mean they have a pimp? At 18 yo no one will lease you a STR and few Hotels or Motels will give you a room.

Keeping the Spotlight off this scene means shutting down sites like this, but it harms the girls as without the likes of ECCIE, OH2 and P411 girls are at a huge risk of being hurt as they have no venue to attempt to screen a guy who might be dangerous.

About the time Oh2 went down a P411 girl I was seeing had an incident in FW with a guy who refused to pay and pulled a knife on her. She said the knife alone freaked her out but then he started trembling uncontrollably with his voice shaking while moving the knife around. She is on Oh2 but never ran ads, just used it for screening, I told her she needed to tell other girls but she just wants to go UTR and forget what happen especially with Oh2 down.

Ahh-- but see here's the difference between drug dealing and this industry. Its illegal on a state level, but not Federally. The only exception is of course, human trafficking/pandering.

Now-- having said that, banks have been known to shut down accounts of ladies who strictly work on the legal side of things (camming, brothels, etc). So-- the real problem is keeping things cool with the banks. But-- I also don't stroll into the bank with thousands to deposit at any given point in time. I also have a history of being legal and licensed in Nevada-- which helps a bit as well.

I've been audited by the IRS before. They're just checking that you can prove deductions and that your lifestyle isn't well above and beyond what income you're showing on paper.

First, no one I know (and I'm 66) has ever been audited (that I know of). And I know at least one person making $90K a year who's successfully dodged the IRS for the eight years I've known him, and I've done the accounting (but not taxes) for a couple of businesses that have sent me K-1s that don't comport with what I know.
Second, as a W-9 employee and Social Security recipient, I do appreciate the diligence that some people display in complying with tax laws. It always pisses me off when I have to cut someone an off-the-books (e.g., not reported on a 1099) check at the direction of ownership.
Third, I have no idea what any ladies make. But I'll almost guarantee you that, unless there's a mismatch caused by someone filing a 1099 on you, there's no way that a regular citizen operating a cash business as a sole proprietor and making somewhere in the low six-figures or below, is going to draw the IRS's attention unless someone points a finger or your bank files CTRs on your transactions. There are much bigger fish to dry.
At my company. we've been going back and forth with an IRS agent for about a year over a nominal amount of FICA taxes that they say we owe. We don't. But the only way that popped up is because of self-reporting: filings that we and our payroll company made.
Interesting.

This.

Local police departments are getting grant money from the feds for conducting these pointless "Anti-HT" stings. That's a lot of bonuses/OTpay for the cops conducting them.

Then you have these CEO's/Executives from these "non-profits" making 6 figure salaries. Most people think because it's a "non-profit" that people are volunteering their time but it's the exact opposite.

The foundations/cops are the true pimps.

Is the police grant money still flowing or has it been withdrawn?

You're already doing something illegal. If instead, you did something legal illegally, how is that worse? XD
