There is legal precedent to what Congress has in store for Hunter, Joe, and the entire Biden Influence Peddling Scheme.
Back in the ‘50’s, the Federal Government figured out a way to break the Mafia’s “code of silence”.

They simply granted Mafia Boss Sam Giancana immunity from prosecution, meaning he had to testify under oath, and tell the truth in Court lest he face perjury, obstruction of justice, and contempt charges for which he could be jailed.

Hunter could face the same scenario. Either be sworn in and spill the beans on the entire “organization”, or face indefinite jail time.

Ole Joe probably thought he as ending a nightmare with his Pardon, but it might be just beginning.
