Those last three reviews have corrupted data. The actual reviews date from 12/2016 to 02/2017 and look legitimate. There is probably a problem with the review header in the ECCIE database.

I tried setting up a date with her instantly knew she was trouble. Why? She loves making you work just to get too her!! How ? Erin is NOT trouble. She screens carefully (one of the marks of a good reliable provider) and asks for a deposit from new clients. Her prerogative. If you don't want to comply, move on. The attitude problem is clearly yours not hers. The trope on this board that requesting a deposit is automatically bad is just plain wrong. For STG providers, perhaps, for well reviewed and established ones, no.
