They are like night and day. Looks are subjective, but here is my assessment of the two:
Diamond: Asian. Lower 20's. Short. Petite, spinner body. Top: bolt ons. Cute is the word that best describes her looks. Don't get me wrong, she is attractive and would catch your attention if out and about. Yet you can picture her (based on your age) more as your friends sister/daughter/grand daughter than the girl you are paying to fuck. Session: This woman loves to make out with you. She expects it to the point of giving you mouthwash at the TS. First time was amazing. We took it to the hour and had a ball. Up for any position and easy to pick up and standing fuck due to her size. Sadly she developed a severe case of GPS by her next tour. The last couple times I saw her she will complain about how long it takes if you aren't quick and has no issue telling you to your face that you are costing her money. Still one of the most attractive girls I've been with and would recommend her for the experience at least once, but I have a feeling that her time coming to SA might be done.
Sophia: Hispanic. Mid-upper20's. Average female height. Curvy body, not fat. So if Diamond's spinner body style is your only type Sophia won't be your thing. Top: natural. Seductive. I find her very sexy. She has the looks of someone you could fantisize about if you saw her in HEB or the club. Session: Unlike Diamond, she doesn't like to kiss. Goes out of her way to avoid it if she can. I don't know if you can upgrade to GFE. She seems to favor missionary with her bottom hanging off the table. Very vocal. Like "I hope the restaurant doesn't hear us" vocal. She doesn't seem to like it rough, but she does like it hard, deep, and fast and isn't shy about telling you. She's bigger, so no picking her up and moving her around as easily as Diamond. They both were tired by the end but I think Sophia's body handled the pounding better of the two. Then again Diamond is someone almost everyone would say yes to while Sophia would have to be your type to get excited about.
