It depends. What's your budget and what are you looking for? The answer if you want a quick in, get the job done, and get out is different than if you want to spend the evening looking at nice scenery and get an occasional dance. It's also different if you're on a limited budget or if money is no object. WALDT, so a little more info would help us help you.

Figure occasional dances, a few hundred to spend per person. We’re not on a time crunch, in town a few days. I’ve heard Bucks Wild or Baby Dolls might be good

Baby Dolls Dallas is my usual choice, and should fit your bill. The Lodge is good if you want great food, nice scenery, and only an occasional dance. But VIP service is very expensive there, and I haven't been in a long time so my info is not current. Don't know about Bucks Wild as I haven't been there.
There's also a recent writeup in this forum on The Mens Club. I haven't been there in a very long time, but the report sounds promising so you might want to check it out. When I looked just now it was still on the first page of this forum.
Hopefully others will chime in with their opinion.

First timers - Baby Dolls. Tons of good looking women on stages you guys can have fun tipping them and chatting them up. Grab a couple of tables on the main floor, get some drinks and enjoy the views. If the urge strikes, there will be plenty of cuties who will be glad to take you and your money upstairs for some fun and games.

Check out the dayshift at BabyDolls. It’s better than you’d think! Be wary of all the Cuban girls that will badger you non stop for dances.
Lodge has really good food. Talent is very hit or miss. Some of the local girls are awesome but it almost always has a few out of town girls that are hard core hustle.

First Timers could get ran over in a place like Baby Dolls. I would take them to Bucks or Bucks Wild DALLAS. Much more chill and the girls aren't as high pressure. At Bucks Wild just show up with a bottle of Crown Peach/Apple(or both) AND a bottle of Fire Ball. You'll have plenty of girls around.
