Really it is hard to judge things the moment it happens, usually have to see the effects of any changes a year or 2 after to say if was a success or failure.

• Rejoining the Paris Climate agreement was probably a good thing.
• Not leaving the WHO is most likely a good thing.
• Reversing most of Trumps hate infused EOs probably a good thing.
• Infrastructure bill will be a huge achievement if it gets bipartisan support like it looks like it will.
• Handling of the ongoing pandemic is a battle that has its ups and downs just like any war.
• Overall just not being a hateful piece of shit like Trump was, that's a huge win. We are back to calm rational politics.
