Shite! 😯 I didn't know it was that lot. I was there long before the shit started. But even back then I felt uneasy in that lot. It's very small and has an extremely narrow entrance/exit. It's also very exposed from almost every direction.

Kimochi and the other businesses aren't the problem. That whole corner is ruined now because of a bad decision by the town of Greece. Those businesses are going to take a financial hit unless the problem is addressed.

Dewey/Ridge is City of Rochester. It's close to the city limit, but not Greece.
The City of Rochester always makes bad decisions, so business as usual. The ghetto continues to expand.
