Very frustrating when this happens. Like providers say, life comes up and I understand the need to cancel. However, to just ghost and not at least apologize for canceling, it's just unacceptable. I would have to agree, it happens far too often to just be "life happens". Even if a provider gets a sweeter offer, just let me know so I don't waste my time. Sorry to hear this happened to you.
