TWK, I don't dismiss everyone like that and put them in the same bucket. But you are correct, I do look at a lot of them that way and I do put them in the same bucket.
I do say "dude" a lot. So do my childhood friends. Sorry, blame spending the 1st part of my childhood in Los Angeles and having a dad who was born and raised there.

Probably the confusion is you started out with the SEC in the topic, not Bernie Madoff.
That is a poor way to start the beginning of an essay also.
There is just not enough interest in Madoff to make him a topic. Complete discussion is:

End.
