Every bodies heart stops when they die. Why did his heart stop is the question to be answered and there is no "additional act" like a bullet to the head to consider so why use a silly analogy that doesn't apply here? And if the defense can prove with medical testimony that there was no obvious obstruction/ damage to the airway, it becomes a more difficult "reasonable doubt case". At this point, I do not know if there is a definitive medical report showing the kind of damage to the throat that would cause suffocation/ asphyxia. Has anybody testified using those two words?


Was George Floyd's windpipe so damaged or completely obstructed, that it caused his heart to stop or could that amount of drugs caused his heart to stop and he was breathing when his heart stopped?


Reasonable doubt would be a bitch in this case for the prosecution if the jury wasn't afraid of being murdered in their sleep if they come back with the "wrong" decision as decided by BLM.

Chauvin's Lawyer pointed that out to a witness and the witness verified to the court that's what he heard in the video clip.

And I'd like to point out for myself only, that I have never offered a medical opinion on what actually killed Floyd. I have however offered an opinion on what the medical evidence should be ( a legal opinion ) if Chauvin is to be found guilty of killing Floyd. Floyd either died of suffocation/ asphyxiation ( and they better provide unquestionable proof of that ) or he didn't. I do not know at this time what the final medical opinion will be. I'm guessing that the opinion of the official Medical Examiner and the people the Floyd family hired with that 27 million dollars will have different opinion ironically perhaps entering "reasonable doubt" into the conclusion.
