the tax comes to 10 million per billionaire out of 100 billionaires living in washington. total is 1 billion in tax revenue.

No, I've seen some of these huge democratic donors literally say "I would like to pay more taxes" or "Raise my taxes, I'm not paying enough." They sound like they mean it. Are they lying? It's been brought up many times on this board, aspd, eraps, etc. They can write a donation check to the IRS.

Their latest scam is this "giving pledge"were they promise to give away all their money.

I not against a wealth tax I think on a national level it would work on state level there could doge it. Even more there live in many states technical.
