Your NYTimes has declared global warming to be of human origin - and needs the Soylent Green New Deal to repair humanities damage. By America alone - to give up all fossil fuels in 20 years. - and Biden is signed on to this nonsense.

DPST's have made global warming a part of their political narrative - and it is entirely unclear as to the causes and how much humanity and fossil fuels have contributed to 'global warming'!
But - don't dare to dispute the NYTimes - they refuse to take opposing articles - stating the matter is settled.


Fact is the Earth has cycles of cooling sand warming - and has been both an iceball planet and a water planet - likely through many cycles. we have been warming as the last ice age ended 11,000 years ago and the retreating glaciers which were a mile thick over current manhattan left scars on the bedrock exposed in Central park.

I don't understand enough about it to tell whether it's the ultimate truth or not, even though I did study it in school, but there are counter arguments presented by a few scientists that criticize it. They mostly criticize the validity of the scientific data that it is based on.

If it's actually science, it should be scrutinized and criticized as much as possible. Otherwise, it wouldn't be science. General discussion on global warming tends not to be scientific at all, whether you "believe" in it or not, because it's been politicized.
