Take all that information and money she wants and put it in a pot of boiling water. Simmer it for 5 minutes, pour it into a colander, and serve while hot.

She ends up with a 20 % deposit of your money and a copy of your Driver's License. You end up with several months of fear that she might extort another "deposit" from you.

It may be a scam, but I think it's more likely a case of SA entitlement that didn't quite pan out. Not that hot, not worth the risk in any case. Phishing for dollars.
