Speaking of Hillary, Trey Gowdy asked James Comey six times if Hillary had told the truth to Congress and 6 times Comey said "No, she did not" and was she indicted? No, she was not. McCabe lied to the FBI, was he indicted? No, he was not. They say Stone lied to Congress and should get 9 years? Please.
It was reported that the supervisor of the 4 (?) prosecutors also thought that their recommendation was to high and the prosecutors told him that if he didn't agree with them, they would resign and make him look bad so he gave in.
So a President can commute and pardon a defendant but it's an "abuse of power" to say he thinks a recommendation is to high? Outrageous, you bet!
Just heard that Stone was sentenced to 3 years 4 months but was not taken into custody while an investigation takes place into whether Stone should get a new trial after the forewoman was found to have political bias.
So the judge agreed with AG Barr. Should she be removed from the bench?
