Well, at least we now know where a heavy concentration of morons are.

I disagree with your statement that she has good intentions. She’s an ignorant socialist who doesn’t have a clue how the real world works.

Poll: Many AOC Voters Pledge to Vote Against Her
https://www.newsmax.com/newsfront/ao...nt=&gdpr=false
Many voters in the congressional district represented by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., do not support her and are ready to vote her out in 2020, a new poll found.

The Stop the AOC PAC connected with more than 2,200 voters in New York District 14 for their feedback about the 29-year-old. The key findings:
   - 51% hold an unfavorable opinion of her, while just 21% hold a favorable opinion.

     - 36% support Amazon, which pulled out of a planned East Coast headquarters deal in Ocasio-Cortez's district after the junior lawmaker led a campaign opposing the company despite its promise to add thousands of jobs.

  - 9% do not support Amazon and 55% are unsure.

     - 33% said Ocasio-Cortez and others did not have the public's best interest in mind by opposing Amazon. 11% said the opposite.

     - 33% pledged to vote against Ocasio-Cortez in 2020, with 13% not pledging to do so. 53% were unsure.

Ocasio-Cortez is a socialist and routinely clashes with Republicans and her other critics.

Perspective Speedy, Perspective.

A little over 4000 votes in a district of about 215,000 registered Democrats essentially propelled her into the House. As once you say she had the Dem nomination, she was a lock in an overwhelmingly Dem district.

Turnout was low and she wasn't taken seriously so was able to drum up very minimal support and get the win.

If she keeps pissing off party bosses like Cuomo, Deblasio, Pelosi, etc. she will have a primary competitor and turnout in an POTUS election year, especially one with a field as wide as the Dems is today will be far different than the election she went in under.

saw this in Yahoo comments .. priceless!!!

Jack, a handsome man, walked into a sports bar around 9:58 pm. He sat down next to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez at the bar and stared up at the TV as the 10:00 news came on. The news crew was covering a story of a man on a ledge of a large building preparing to jump.
Alexandria looked at Jack and said, "Do you think he'll jump?"
Jack says, "You know what, I bet he will." Alexandria replied, "Well, I bet he won't." Jack placed $30 on the bar and said, "You're on!"
Just as she placed her money on the bar, the guy did a swan dive off of the building, falling to his death. She was very upset and handed her $30 to Jack, saying, "Fair's fair... Here's your money."
Jack replied, "I can't take your money, I saw this earlier on the 5 o'clock news and knew he would jump."
Alexandria replies, "I did too; but I didn't think he'd do it again."
Jack took the money. Alexandria went back to work at the US Congress.

The vote count in November 2018 was:

AOC 110,318
Pappas 19,202
Crowley 9,348
Perri 2,254

AOC got 78.2% of the vote. 141,122 votes cast.
  https://www.nytimes.com/elections/re...se-district-14
You are correct in that the turnout for the primary was ridiculously low. 27,744 voted in the primary and she won by 4,000 votes. I don't think she is in trouble in 2020 but that is a long way off.

As I said previously, I am not an AOC fan.

the PR doesn't even speak true Spanish so how would she know if it's Spanglish or not???

the best part ...

Ms Ocasio-Cortez also compared the candidates to unprepared "high school students".
