I know I no longer have access to reviews & posts made before the shutdown, but are those viewable if I get Premium Access?

If it does not work, why is there this and it asks for your credit card info? https://www.eccie.net/ecciesubscriptions.php?do=premium
with all the active mandles on this site, payments for PA have to work.

I know that page exists, but if it isn't working properly, I don't want to put my info in. Guess it's an issue of willingness to take that risk.

Yes, with PA you will get access to those older reviews and posts.

It works fine. I paid for premium, got an extension for my review. No trouble accessing after paying.

Are you using a mobile phone browser? I believe you need to use a desktop browser.

Excellent.

If you give me some example URLs, I can tell you why any old posts cannot be accessed.

It's when I check a person's profile, it'll say under statistics "38 posts". Then when I try to view their posts, only 9 appear. Some profiles have none, some have posts from 5 years ago.
https://eccie.net/member.php?u=271817 38 listed only 9 show
 https://eccie.net/member.php?u=204311 30 listed, 0 show.

You're seeing everything that is available. For both of those providers (I just checked both), the posts you cannot see are just posts that were removed. Things are commonly removed if they are duplicates, or violate forum guidelines. For providers, they frequently have weekly/weekend update posts that need to be removed, so that's why you will see the higher post count but no results when you search or use the "find more posts by" functionality.
