how did this Animal get access to these elderly ladies? the article says he had medical training, but he apparently just barged into the apartment of the 91 year old.

There is a great deal of media coverage of this "man" in Dallas area - he is in custody and investigation proceeds.
He is- presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. And his time in a Texas court will come.
If convicted of capital murder, he may well get a death sentence in Texas.
Unlike Kalifornia where Newsome would likely pardon him, set him up with free State paid apartment, food allowance, car, college education, and pension. Just being an illegal who killed a white person (s). Way to go - DPST's!!

Underneath the humorous response is a serious critique of current immigration polices which allow unvetted individuals of questionable character into this country.
