Premium Access
I thought I read that 2 weeks of Premium would be added due to the shutdown. Am I mistaken? I didn't get any time added and am now expired.

I paid for 12month premium access barely 3 months ago and have since abruptly lost premium access twice. I sent multiple emails to two mods to help resolve this issue, but to no avail. It's quite frustrating - don't know who else to contact to help resolve this issue. I paid for 12 month access, not 2 or 3 months.

Yeah good luck asked many times and not resolved , issues like cant pay, not extending , wanting to send Money order to like bakery yeah no so good luck
I hope issues can be resolved
