I think President Trump should go through with the Military sales.

I do not know what this WoPo reporter was up to. He obviously pissed someone off who has a lot of power.

When you decide to go into a foreign country, you know the risks. You know the rules, or at least you should know. Many of the freedoms we enjoy in the USA do not exist in many parts of the world.

You can't expect billions of dollars worth of commerce to be canceled because someone gets in a jam in a Country where our laws do not count.

This is not being cold hearted. It's common sense.

President Trump is right. The Saudi's have money to spend. If we don't want it, the Russians and Chinese will gladly take it.

There are other ways to punish the Saudis.

As for Trump, he does care about winning and being seen as winning. He also cares about cheering up evangelical Christians right before the midterms. And yes, he put the screws on Turkey in part because Erdogan crossed him. He had a deal to release the pastor 2 months ago, but Erdogan reneged. Betcha that fucker won't cross Trump again!
