My thing there, is how can a client ever CHANGE what he may have done, to get blacklisted (ie was too pushy, asked for stuff a provider was uncomfortable with, used foul language etc), if he not only ISN'T allowed to know he's blacklisted, but can't find out WHY he was blaclisted.?

If i don't know there's a problem, how can i fix it?

Now i can understand it MIGHT be a safety issue, if say, a client was physical, or otherwise abusive. But how is it 'safety' cause a guy say got blacklisted, for being a no-show? Or cause of his (or her) foul mouth??

Its as bad as my prior work place, saying "cause of our contracts with some of the firms we hire with, if a customer at said place reports you for anything, doesn't matter how stupid, you are off that security posting. You don't even get to know what for, let alone have the right to challenge it"..

Good point Garhkal, I would love to blacklist or fire some of my accounts due to foul mouthed or being pushy. Alas, I would be fired from my job if I lost my potty mouth customer who calls me every name in the book, but they are high $$$ clients who give a lot of business to the company.

As for the PM, Fizley, she declined because the nature of your visible data (over)share potentially outs her to criminal prosecutors. just because you have an activity transpire or not transpire it has nothing to do with your safety. it was your blatant lack of respect for the level of discretion providers demand. Do you really need to be told not to make such requests over the internet?
Now in regards to blacklists, the caller i.d. feature in some phone plans share contact list among the users of those plans (with or without the subscribers knowledge) so if one girl puts you in her phone as "Jerk Time Waster" and you call other providers the same contact name shows up whether you've been to see anyone or not. even calling girl after girl after girl without ever scheduling can make you an unsafe risk and that's what providers look out for.

Im currently looking for a good blacklist site to add to my screening process. Do you have any recommendations for a provider looking for one?

It happens, it's just part of the hobby. One of my regulars notified me I was on the list. Turns out a newbie I saw reported me as I asked for a bbbj and when I never returned for a second visit.

About 9 years ago a provider NCNS me and the next day I texted her and said I didn't appreciate it. She replied back about the ole car broke routine. I replied whatever and the text was over. A week later I find out from a friend that I'm on the list ( Yes we can see the names on the blacklist. It's not that hard to do) She said that I was a time waster and didn't show up for an appt. I know this is bullshit but when your on there you can't get it removed. It has done nothing to slow down or stop me from seeing anyone. Some providers just use it to fuck over people.
