After reading the comments in this Thread, I wonder if anyone actually read the link.

It makes a simple observation. The economic crisis in Venezuela has made their former skills useless as far as making a decent living.

This economic crisis is a direct result of the Socialist Policies instituted by the Chavez, and now Madura Regime.
These two men have transformed Venezuela into a Thugocracy, not much different that what Saddam introduced in Iraq. They call it Socialism, just as the old Soviet Union called what they instituted Communism.
