As I said in another thread, congratulations to Trump and Governor Abbott for getting FEMA involved BEFORE hurricane Harvey hit Texas.

"Fema" is "staged" in Sequin waiting to see if the locals need anything. I think they just got passed by Harvey.

Abbott has deployed State asserts and personnel to the area to assist the locals if requested.

Harris and Galveston Counties are relying on local emergency response assets and personnel.
