It won't be "impeachment" because hildebeest isn't holding office.

It's much like what Comey said in July. Comey suggested that someone doing what hildebeest did would at least be subject to administrative actions, including being fired; however, since hildebeest was no longer a government employee, there was no means to impose those punishments.

Yes. It appears "the United States" is interpreted to mean ...

... a Federal crime ... as opposed to a State crime.

In a distorted, over-reaching manner I can believe Obaminable would pardon HillaryNoMore in order to appease her into refraining from publishing any derogatory or damage memoirs in the future that would potentially tarnish the "image" he seeks to nurture after he leaves office. His self-centered arrogance and misguided sense of importance in all things politic will undoubtedly continue to drive him to maintain the appearance of being "correct" and "significant" as a former President.

Of course a shit-load of cash would probably get some in flowing:

After all "we" have a model for the money laundering.

I hope she goes nuclear on Obama, and he loses his cool, and calls her "a fucking cunt" and it is caught on video.

In the case , Burdick v. United States 236 U.S. 79 (1915), the decision found that " a pardon carries an imputation of guilt and that acceptance of the pardon carries an imputation of guilt. "
shrilLIARy's claims of "innocence "not withstanding, her ego won't let her do like Slick Willy (of course, after he was caught ! ) and admit that SHE LIED to the American people, AGAIN !

as a pathological condition she may actually believe what she says ..... if not the burden of the guilt will wear heavily on her beyond her ability to withstand the humiliation of being denied the "holy grail" of her existence .....

Her place in history denied by a better person.
