Music during a session
Ok, been thinking about this lately...for clients and providers who have their own taste in music....
What music and logic do you use to apply to a certain date or date type? Do you consider the age of the client, pick something that goes with you or your persona? Certain types of music better for different session lengths? Finally, which providers tend to have a certain taste?
I tend to usually pick the music, not sure if that's bc that's very common or I tend to be a take charge person to an extent.
My favorites for a session tend to be classic rock(love Hendrix) and the Doors, gansta rap from the mid 90s/early 00s, and some times when I feel damn right romantic I like classical. Sometimes I like to throw in something funny like Eye of the Tiger, or Never Gonna Give you Up for some dork humor....
Thoughts? Or not important?

Logic? On this board?
No apologies for that NASDAQ, you opened the door.
But, I always let the gal choose the background, I think it helps get a read on her personality that folks have a habit of surpressing when they are on stage. Which helps when deciding about asking for another date.

I prefer Spotify but I have a big mp3/m4a collection of songs I keep on an external HD as well.
Generally prefer R&B (esp 90's and early 2000's), music from artists like Kem and Sade, some smooth low-tempo jazz etc.

Music is a MUST and what I like to listen to depends on who I'm seeing.
I'm a hard rock/metal fan so generally like atmospheric type metal such as Tool, Deftones etc. If my date likes rock/metal and are in the middle of an energetic PSE type date, any of my faster fav bands are great background music... Metallica, Machine Head, Pantera, Hatebreed .. you get the idea.
If I'm enjoying a slower more intimate time, I much prefer something softer. Portishead is always great mood music in this setting.
Ladies... if you want some background noise, leave the TV OFF. Too damn distracting for me and you (yes, I've caught you watching!) and is frankly is a little trashy. Music is ALWAYS a much classier and professional way to add some atmosphere.

I like the music to be a planned part of the experience. In my humble opinion, I think the music can help "brand" the experience. Hard Rock for a hard fuck, or something more trippy for a more "out there" experience. Sometimes you just want to feel like gangsta...
Tv on/off, I agree, turn that shit off cause I see you watching that show in the mirror when we are doing pile driver or missionary...
