Don't want to understand? It seems to me that someone who asks a question wants to or is trying to understand the rules. As opposed to a person who asks a question because they don't want to understand?
In the end it comes down to intent and interpretation.
Which means if you plan on exposing a dumbass, as a moderator, you owe it to that person to find out whether they don't want to understand or are seeking a clarification.
Yeah it sucks but you wanted the job.
That being said, sure.
