Yah my opinion...please note the word OPINION...is that outside intervention was needed because of rampant and reported inconsistencies in how ATX was being moderated. (Read into that anything and evwrything you want).

Its been.much better since that intervention as noted by recent downsizing. Hopefully that trend will continue.
