Kinda had same incident at work one day. Had an elderly couple come to the office, woman was 92. I've always had a shaved head, she asked if she could rub my head. I said no. Standing next to her I leaned over to get something, next thing I know I feel something caressing my head. Her husband just shook his head.

One of my best friends back home would just start touching the offender's hair back, or their nose (if they were skinny), or their stomach "for good luck" if they had a few extra pounds. 90% of the time the person would freak out about her touching them and she'd ask "You mean it's not polite to touch other people's bodies without permission?"
