The answer to your question is, yes. Diseases can be passed through breast milk. That's common knowledge and easily verifiable on any number of medical websites including the CDC.
I'm not saying that she has something. Just saying that diseases can be transmitted that way. I guess it's just like anything in the "hobby". How much risk are you willing take? BBJ? Statistically a low probability of catching something, but still possible. BBFS? Again, not as high statistically as some like to believe, but higher risk than BBJ. BB Greek? VERY risky, obviously. Drinking breast milk? VERY possible to pass on diseases.
Like I said, I'm not saying she has something. I'm sure she is clean. Just saying.
