By doing your research here on ECCIE (and other sites) a hobbyist should KNOW what the expected donation should be, what, where and for how long etc. It should only be necessary to schedule a time and venue and meet the Provider's screening criteria.
Now, if you are surfing BP for the thrill of disappointment, then all those points may have something for you.

According to the rules in that link:
7.) Call the number in the ad, make a date, get her address, call right back, cancel date, and apologize. Next, go to her address, wait a few blocks away. If it is a sting you'll see a black and white pig car pull up to pick up the johns for booking. If it is a real escort then you'll see johns pull up and leave a few minutes later in their own vehicles. Then you can call her back and make another date, keep this one and enjoy yourself....
If you set up an appt, get the address and then cancel...then try to reschedule...it's not going to happen. You've probably just blacklisted yourself.

Not only is the douchebag who does this a... douchebag, how long is he supposed to wait? WTF is this "johns leave a few minutes later"? Do some of you ladies routinely have ten clients an hour? Personally I have never met the "next in line" for a high-five on his way in.
Also, almost no lady I have met has given me a room number the first time until she's seen my vehicle, plus Sgt. Pigg can track the location of your phone. If it's a sting, guess what, the Piggs know you're sitting in the fucking parking lot with your thumb in your ass like a douchebag. You may not get convicted for soliciting but you *will* get arrested for something.
Whoever wrote this advice is not a participant in the hobby. They are just making up crap that makes sense to them after a couple of six-packs.
