@Dorthy_Monroe, I don't believe I'm running afoul of Eccie guidelines; the advice is mine that I gave to a friend and it's been stripped of any identifying details. It's general, and is meant to apply broadly.
@Iron Butterfly, I respect your opinion as a thoughtful member of this board. There are several reasons I felt it appropriate to post this here:
1) I also work in a non-traditional industry. When I was starting out, I would have killed to get honest, earnest feedback from a client who had my best interest at heart. While I initially directed the letter to an individual, I felt it was something appropriate to share in case other people in a similar situation might benefit from it.
2) I'm in the fortunate position to be able to arrange time with some of these lovely ladies. When I do, there are certain details I like to see taken care of professionally. Sharing my thoughts, even if it's taken to heart by just one provider, could make a future experience of mine more enjoyable. Totally selfish.
3) I was hoping to start a discussion that I could learn from. No matter what I think I know, the collective knowledge and experience of all you fine people will always be larger. Responses like @JennsLolli's thoughtful and articulate post have already made it worthwhile. I love her perspective and that is some damn valuable advice. Things I might not have heard if I didn't go looking for them. I'm all for improved living through sharing.
Good stuff all around. I appreciate everyone's feedback.

If she's young, hot, and real sweet talking, she'll probably have to hit $300. Higher pricing is used to limit your client base when the demand for your poon is real high.
Yes, some women do say "haha, these guys are assholes who will pay anything. I'm 500/hr now!" The smart ones say "I'm turning down two appointments for every one I can take. I only want 8 appointments max a week. If i raise my rates I can work the same amount, get no flack for saying no a lot, and make more." Otherwise that's leaving money on the table. Grezus
