Ref's given ONLY if a hobbyist gives a review?

I've actually had something similar happen to me using p411. Mind you I have nearly 50 okays but the provider in question said my references didn't check out, which I thought was odd considering I had about 6 recent okays. Makes me wonder what you ladies say about me hmmm.

Are you ladies just looking for OKAY's on p411 or something more as proof

Personally, I would rather see a guy with p411 okay (especially 50 of them) than I would then a guy with regular ref's.

But I do now question if "okays" are legit from ladies who are known to hold ref's hostage if a guy doesn't give her what she wants. That's why a follow up on known providers who do this one here is a good idea to make sure it isn't happening on there.

In however long I've been hobbying the only reference I've ever provided was to Private Connections 100 years ago (employment verification if I remember right). That's it. That's the only one. Then that carried over to my P411 and now I have 20+ OKS.

Probably 19 out of 20 times I see my regular provider but that 1 out of 20 I give them my P411 (rarely is that even accessed as a reference). If they check anything it's my eccie history or p411 but I have never ever ever never ever ever given 3 providers with their names, numbers, emails or anything like that. That would blow my mind at this point if somebody required that of me.

If a provider is upfront about it with her client then he knows to write the review if he intends on using her for a reference. That seems pretty simple to me. If that's what the provider requires then it's on the client to write the review. Why would he even try to use her as a reference if he's not following her policy? I think this thread is focused too much on the provider side instead of the client side...he's the one not doing what he agreed to do.

That policy is only for eccie. P411 is a completely other site. So yes to your question.

A provider OK is actually a reference, and it means that it is a good reference if a hobbyist has an OK from a provider. Of course, depending upon the individual provider and/or if the provider OK given is in the provider's clique or not, so is how relevant the OK is in the provider's eyes that a hobbyist wants to see.

So I'll repeat my question: do you have one eccie identity that only gives references for reviews (fake or not) and another p411 identity the gives references (okays) whether he writes a review or not. Not sure how that question would confuse a girl as sharp as you but there you go. Hope that was more clear.
