And what's more, this isn't the first time he has had issues with anger and minorities, so I'm not sure why you're defending him. I'm saying that barring her brandishing some type of deadly weapon, or perhaps engaging in some activity that could bring bodily harm to another, no, there is no circumstance where a grown man can engage in the type of action that happenned in this video.

School districts and the "juvenile justice system" have educated children at an early age that screaming "police brutality" will "get you off" the criminal charge, and a threat of a civil rights damage suit will get the district employee terminated or otherwise disciplined.
