Please explain what you are trying to say with the graph. The graph shows civilian employment rates, what categories does that include and what are the growth rates in the other categories. So long as we are measuring unemployment in the same way as in past years, the government statistics are valid. What does Mr. Williams say about the "real" unemployment rate in 1975? give me the figures from every 5 yrs after 1975 as well, my bet would be that they mirror the the official government numbers in a similar way.
Have you noticed that just about every restaurant/retail place is looking for help these days? if 22% of the people are out of work, do you think that would be the case?
