BTW, when someone receives a WARNING or points, the system saves a copy of the post. Just in case someone decides to edit their post after receiving a WARNING.

Points are not deducted, you are given points.
When you have been given 25 points, you get BANNED.
Points are given for guideline violations, not for just being annoying.
Harmless or not, if someone feels insulted by something you said to or about them, they can and do hit the RTM button.
So quit whining about it and play nice.
Or go make another handle, I don't think "crybaby" is taken.
