If you haven't already, you can try the RMT tab or whatever it's called. The red triangle. Never done it myself. So I would click on it while you have the PM open.

well like ceremony said, RTM the PM, put him on ignore here and if your phone is capable of doing it, do the same thing on there. eventually the mods will take care of this, I hope!!
