I have cancelled when something urgent unexpectedly happened to one my Irish chihuahuas, aka, "It's the dog's fault!"

Have also had to reschedule due to flooding. Torrential rains cause the creek to rise over the road near my cottage out in the deep, dark, spooky woods north of town (aka the Irish Chihuahua Refuge), so sometimes I can't get to my Houston incall apartment.

Always make up for disastrous delays with extra time and/or a substantial discount. Just seems fair to me since I WANT a buck to stop here, even if an act of God (or Dog) is ultimately responsible.
