I am not lazy, yet I had the same attorney who I worked twice for (because he cannot keep a secretary) pay me the same thing I made eight years ago, without health insurance. This is real life dude! Wages are not going up for most Americans and these huge multi-national coprorations (I like to say monopolies) are starting businesses overseas. Just think about it. Who really wins???

I agree with you on this! Corporate fascism rules. We do not have a free enterprise system anymore, we have huge monopolies controlling the people. Looks more like feudalism or imperialism or whatever you want to call it. It is defintiely NOT free enterprise, where the individual controls his destiny. What controls your destiny is how much money your parents have!

Did you see it? Saying something this is true is considered "old school" by STD. I guess anything written before 1960 is "old school" whether it is right or wrong. That was a mild ad hominem attack and an allusion to not being modern. Then there is the intelligent Americans who are progressive being smarter. The opposite seems to be true. Progressives can't seem to start too many businesses and keep them running, that takes a moderate or conservative.

Okay, think for yourself. Most jobs are small business and small business can't be setting up oversears. So that is a mistake or lie on your part. What is hurting small business is the new regs being put on them by those lovely progressives demanding higher minimum wages, more environmental standards, and new EEOC rules. Just had a story yesterday about all the eateries closing in Seattle because of people not being hungry....no, that wasn't it. It was because the voters decided to increase the minimum wage to $15 an hour. It doesn't matter how smart you are (even if you are a progressive) if the math doesn't support you.
