For some that is impossible (I can't say this about whispers I have never seen him) unfortunately unless they use their hands to move around the layers of fat while they twist and turn their heads in front of a mirror to get a glimpse they can't see themselves. I imagine it's quite a challenge and very tiresome for them so it's much easier to be a client. For them by being a paying client in the hobby they can rationalize their actions.
On the other hand if you post a pic of your taint and you lack the confidence and self esteem to deal with criticism, you shouldn't have posted the pic.
