One of Doove's problems is that he chooses to highlight a guideline that is based on pure interepretation by a moderator to enforce...his other problem is that he hasn't looked hard enough to see if I've been issued infractions for that guideline.

He thinks I've violated that guideline many times. Some mods obviously don't think so, their call. When they thought I have violated it, I've received points, as I should.

So what else you got Doove? That can't be it...surely you can do better...

P.S.-What is the basic point you're rating to make anyway? Is it that I'm above the guidelines, or that the mods don't have any power over me? I'm a bit confused by where you're going with this.

The funny thing to remember is that with all these points, I've never been banned...and because of how things are now, I have no points at all...

I never had any doubt that you had. But a guideline open to interpretation is no different than a guideline that's interpreted according to 'the spirit of the rule". Which is what i was addressing, until people wanted to challenge my details rather than my point.
