Helping with the room

On occasion I've used points to get the room then let the lady have it after our date, I put the room in her name. Is there any legal issues I should be worried about if I do this ?

Way too much risk, anything goes wrong and they will be knocking on your door with questions. Your points and therefore your name will be tied to that room no matter who checked into it.

Use a credit card or cash?
If all you did was buy the room in her name and give the person the cash paying for it then big deal.

If yo used your ID and credit card then things will go very wrong for you pimp boy.

Or they trash the place and you pay for it. They could also say "One more night on the account" meaning your account.
